Company Information <br />The PDS team is led by a key group of professionals who have completed similar projects and <br />thoroughly understand the City of Sunny Isles Beach: <br />• Mr. Gustavo Eckardt, P.E., will serve as Project Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC). With <br />over 24 years of experience, he has led large consultant teams and managed multi-million-dollar <br />government projects. He has overseen complex assignments for agencies such as MD-WASD, <br />MDAD, MDTPW, BCWWS, BCT and BCAD. <br />• Mr. Luis Jurado, P.E., will serve as Principal and QA/QC Manager. He has 23 years of engineering <br />experience and is a recognized leader in South Florida infrastructure projects. His strong QA/QC <br />approach supports project efficiency and compliance, with extensive permitting experience <br />across state and local agencies. <br />• Mr. Fernando Fernandez, P.S.M., will serve as Lead Surveyor, bringing over 39 years of experience <br />in field data verification, topographic and as-built surveys, and utility verification. His technical <br />expertise ensures precision and reliability across all surveying activities. <br />PDS is widely recognized by Miami-Dade and Broward Counties for its strong technical capabilities, <br />consistent performance, and reliability in projects for both the public and private sectors.
