He is proficient in specialized software such as <br />AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper, Trimble Business <br />Center, Sewer gems, IBER, and the Microsoft Office suite. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E20-WASD -01B General Land and Engineering Surveying and <br />Mapping Services, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project consists of providing land surveying and Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering (SUE) services for water and wastewater <br />projects identified in WASD's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />• Sunny Isles Boulevard & Collins Avenue. Mr. Cubillos serves <br />as CAD Technician, supporting Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />(SUE) efforts by drafting point elevations, tree survey features, <br />and utility structures for up to 10 soft digs requested by Miami- <br />Dade WASD at the Sunny Isles Boulevard and Collins Avenue <br />intersection. His work ensures accurate documentation of <br />field findings within FDOT-maintained corridors, providing <br />reliable data for utility identification and coordination. <br />• Tile F-13, Sub-Area 3 - Topographic Survey. Mr. Cubillos is a <br />CAD Technician who supports the ROW-to-ROW survey of <br />approximately 17,323 linear feet of residential roadways in <br />Sub-Area 3 of Tile F13 in the City of Miami. His work focuses <br />on documenting and drafting offset structures along the <br />public right-of-way, ensuring accurate representation of <br />existing site conditions for Miami-Dade WASD’s engineering <br />and design needs. <br />• Tile Q-16, Sub-Area B - Topographic Survey. Mr. Cubillos is a <br />CAD Technician who supports the ROW-to-ROW surveying of <br />approximately 26,545 linear feet of residential, private, FDOT, <br />and County-maintained roadways within Area B of Tile Q16 in <br />unincorporated Miami-Dade County. His responsibilities <br />include reviewing and drafting bearings in plats to ensure <br />accurate boundary representation and alignment within the <br />final survey deliverables. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -03A-17PDSI002 Small Diameter Water & Wastewater <br />Pipelines, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />These projects include the design and implementation of water <br />and sanitary sewer improvements to replace undersized <br />infrastructure. Work starts with the preliminary engineering and <br />exploration phase, which includes geotechnical investigations <br />and topographic surveys in accordance with WASD procedures <br />for horizontal and vertical controls.
