<br />Experience Summary <br />including scope of work, sequence of construction, and instructions to bidders, are compiled for each <br />project. <br />• WM SW 152 Street. Mr. Cubillos serves as CAD Technician, providing field and plan-review <br />observations to support the design of 2,000 linear feet of 8-inch PVC C-900 water main along SW <br />152 Street and Paradise Point Drive. His role includes verifying existing site conditions, identifying <br />potential design constraints, and documenting key elements to ensure accurate and constructible <br />engineering deliverables. <br /> <br />E15-WASD -02 Improvement, Upgrades and Expansion of Local Wastewater Pump Stations, WASD. <br />Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project includes complete design services including preliminary site investigation and inspection, <br />surveying, hydraulic analysis, coordination with other municipalities and the public, preparation of design <br />reports, preparation of drawings and contract specifications and preparation of design-build criteria <br />packages, assistance during the permitting and procurement phases, engineering support during <br />construction. <br />• Pump Station 0407. Mr. Cubillos serves as a CAD Technician supporting the Engineering Design and <br />Limited Bid and Construction Support services for the relocation and improvement of Pump Station <br />PS-0407, which has a pumping capacity of 270 gpm. His responsibilities include preparing precise <br />design sketches used to support engineering evaluations, layout refinements, and the development <br />of construction documents for the upgraded pump station. <br />• Pump Station 0410. Mr. Cubillos serves as CAD Technician for the relocation and construction of <br />Pump Station 0410, a fully operational sewage facility with a pumping capacity of 450 gpm. His <br />responsibilities include performing detailed field observations to document site conditions, verify <br />existing utility configurations, and support the engineering team with accurate information for design <br />development. <br /> <br />12308-296 Parks Bond and Parks Master Plan Design Implementation Services. Broward County, FL. <br />The City of Fort Lauderdale Parks Bond Improvement Program is a $200 million program focused on <br />planning, designing, and constructing improvements in over 90 parks across the city. PDS provides <br />professional surveying and underground utility location services to support these efforts. <br />• Cooley’s Landing Marina Park. Mr. Cubillos is CAD Technician who performs elevation verification <br />and detailed bridge surveying within the 2.96-acre project area north of the New River, ensuring <br />accurate elevation data and structural detailing to support design and engineering decisions. <br />• Sunrise Middle School. Mr. Cubillos is CAD Technician who supports this 7.4-acre survey by <br />establishing the project datum at –1.58’, preparing the cover sheet, and generating all required labels. <br />His work ensures proper control, clarity, and accuracy for the survey limits extending beyond the <br />property line to include sidewalk, curb, and edge of pavement within the ROW <br /> <br />TRN2120307P1 Transit Systemwide Study, Planning, and Preliminary Design Project. Broward County, <br />FL. <br />Mr. Cubillos served as CAD Technician for this project, which supported the design team in analyzing <br />suitable transit capital and operational investments along major corridors in Broward County and in <br />developing recommendations for implementing corridor-based Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or fixed- <br />guideway BRT identified in the TSYS (now branded as PREMO). For the Oakland Park Boulevard Corridor <br />Development, PDS supported WSP USA Inc. with field reviews, aerial photography coordination, utility <br />and railroad survey support, roadway analysis, and the development of alternative concept plans. As <br />part of these efforts, Mr. Cubillos performed detailed BRT-related observations and executed the <br />vectorization of urban areas based on drone-acquired topographic data. <br /> <br /> <br />57
