Based on the scope of this project, we anticipate that obtaining Federal, State, and local permits and/or approvals will be required from the following agencies: »Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD). »Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (DERM). »Miami-Dade Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). »Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). »City of Sunny Isles Beach Our team has a proven track record of securing and managing permits with all of these agencies on complex projects, including: »E15-WASD-03A: Small Diameter Water & Wastewater Pipelines. »PNC2119245P1: Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure, and Shelter Designs. »DB20-WASD-01: Design-Build Services for the Installation of a 54-Inch Diameter Water Transmission Main. »20-03-05-VH: Professional Services – Water, Wastewater, Wastewater Reuse, and Natural Gas Utilities Projects. »19-014: Dania Beach Southeast Drainage Improvements Phase 2. Construction Management Construction management services include bid package preparation, contractor selection support, pre-construction meetings, field inspections, RFI management, and reporting. These services ensure design intent is properly implemented while protecting client interests during construction. Safety Management PDS integrates safety into every project phase through Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans, site safety monitoring, utility coordination, OSHA compliance, and environmental protections, prioritizing workers and public safety. 67
