<br /> <br />City of Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center <br />Miami Gardens, Florida <br /> <br />Miller Legg is providing civil engineering, <br />surveying, landscape architecture design <br />services, traffic engineering services, <br />permitting assistance and construction <br />phase services for the new Miami Gardens <br />Performing Arts Center. The Center will <br />be in the Performing Arts, Civic and <br />Entertainment (PACE) District behind City <br />Hall and is part of a larger effort to <br />revitalize the City's commercial center. <br />The Center will be built on 3.5 acres of <br />land and will include a performing arts <br />center, black box theater, youth center, <br />culinary arts institute, STEM facility with <br />classrooms with movable walls and an <br />outdoor interactive playground to <br />promote the development of youth <br />through scientific and technological <br />innovations. The center will be built <br />through construction management at risk <br />delivery method. Specific surveying <br />services include boundary, topographic, <br />SUE as well as sketch and legal <br />descriptions.
