<br />approximately one year, PSI presented a No Further Action with Conditions (NFAC) RMO Level II proposal as <br />defined in Chapter 62-780.680(2) of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC). After the approval of the NFAC <br />proposal, PSI worked with the City obtain the required documentation for a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant <br />(DRC) and negotiated on the City’s behalf with the Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth <br />Management Department (EPGMD),and the FDEP for a reduced size of restricted area to be placed as an <br />institutional control on the property. <br />PSI was part of this environmental issue from when the USTs were first found through contamination <br />assessment, and ultimately the environmental regulatory closure; all while maintaining the original construction <br />and occupancy schedules.
