<br />Rodriguez Architects, Inc. is exceptionally well suited to continue serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach through
<br />this continuing contract based on our direct experience with the City, proven performance under similar
<br />continuing services agreements, and broad technical capabilities across public-sector facility projects. Our
<br />firm understands the responsiveness, flexibility, accountability, and continuity required to successfully support
<br />municipal clients with projects that vary in size, scope, complexity, and schedule.
<br />Established Relationship with the City. For the past five years, our team has successfully provided
<br />architectural services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach on a continuing contract basis. This experience has
<br />given us a strong understanding of the City’s standards, expectations, review processes, facilities, and project
<br />delivery priorities. As a result, we can respond efficiently, anticipate needs, and provide continuity with
<br />minimal learning curve.
