As firm <br />President and Principal she is involved with client relations <br />and marketing and directly oversees the firm’s Public <br />Agency portfolios. She is directly involved with firm <br />projects as are all other firm Principals. She will be the <br />Project Manager and Architect of Record for this project <br />and the responsible team leader and point of connection. <br /> <br />Ms. Rodriguez has extensive experience with renovations <br />and repairs in educational facilities, assessments and <br />design, including considerable work with Miami-Dade <br />County Public Schools, The School Board of Broward <br />County, and Miami Dade College with whom she has <br />directly working with as Project Manager and/or Project <br />Architect. Her extensive experience in the educational <br />field for over 35 years will be essential for this project. <br /> <br />Her primary responsibility is the administration of the <br />firm’s Public Sector Projects. Since 1990 she has been <br />managing or co-managing projects for various South <br />Florida Governmental Agencies.
