Our <br />experience allows us to offer professional advice on many aspects of site analysis, and our relationship with <br />our engineering consultants further extends the services which we can provide to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br /> <br />Sustainable Design <br />Sustainable design is among the core values that we at RAI strive for in every project. Our architecture <br />employs passive strategies at every opportunity, our close work with our engineers allow us to make <br />informed decisions on selection the most efficient environmental systems, and our associated LEED <br />credentials are capable of providing you with any sustainable certifications which you may require. <br /> <br />Code Analysis <br />Being an authority on the subject of building codes is one of RAI’s unique qualifications that sets us apart <br />from many offices. Our founding principal, Mike Rodriguez, FAIA, is a recognized expert with the Florida <br />Building Code, the American with Disabilities Act, the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction, the <br />Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and the Fair Housing Act.
