<br />Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering | General Civil Engineer
<br />Together, Ross Engineering and its subconsultants provide the City with accessible
<br />leadership, responsive project management, and a coordinated multidisciplinary team
<br />capable of addressing civil infrastructure, mechanical and HVAC systems, plumbing and
<br />fire protection, commissioning, sustainability, surveying, mapping, and construction-
<br />phase requirements. This team structure allows Ross Engineering to assign the appropriate
<br />personnel to each task order while maintaining clear lines of responsibility, consistent
<br />quality control, and direct accountability for scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
<br />Thomas J. Kelly, Inc. – Surveying and Mapping
<br />Thomas J. Kelly, Inc. will provide professional surveying and mapping services
<br />necessary to support Ross Engineering’s planning, design, permitting, and
<br />construction-phase assignments.
<br />Lillian Perea, President and Surveyor, will provide executive oversight,
<br />resource coordination, and quality assurance for the firm’s surveying
<br />services. She will coordinate with Ross Engineering’s Project Manager to
<br />confirm that each survey assignment is completed in accordance with
<br />the applicable task-order scope, schedule, accuracy requirements, and
<br />City standards.
<br />Jose Angel Perea IV, PSM, will serve as the lead professional surveyor
<br />responsible for planning, supervising, reviewing, and certifying surveying
<br />and mapping deliverables. Depending on the needs of each task order,
<br />the firm may provide boundary, topographic, right-of-way, control, as-
<br />built, and construction-related surveying, as well as legal descriptions,
<br />sketches, and supporting mapping. Jose will coordinate field activities, review
<br />collected information, identify apparent discrepancies or field constraints, and
<br />provide accurate base information for use by the design team. Thomas J. Kelly,
<br />Inc.’s timely field verification and survey documentation will help Ross Engineering
<br />develop reliable construction documents, reduce conflicts between proposed
<br />improvements and existing conditions, and respond efficiently to permitting and
<br />construction needs.
