AP, Ross Engineering, Inc. is a civil, environmental, and water resources engineering firm with 15
full-time employees and offices in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The firm’s principals bring a
combined 53 years of engineering experience, primarily within the State of Florida, and have successfully
guided public- and private-sector projects from initial planning and evaluation through design, permitting,
bidding, construction administration, inspection, and closeout.
Ross Engineering takes a collaborative, team-oriented approach to project delivery, with careful
consideration of project budgets, schedules, constructability, regulatory requirements, operations, and
long-term maintenance. By using advanced engineering and computer-modeling technology, remaining
current with evolving design standards and permitting criteria, and maintaining a strong team of South
Florida engineering professionals, Ross has established a successful record in civil engineering, project
