RFQ # 26-07-01 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br />DISCIPLINE CATEGORY #4. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS <br />13 <br />will ultimately provide fan redundancy while also easing the difficulty associated with replacement of fan motors <br />that facilities management currently experiences. The report described the feasibility of this conversion in addition <br />to addressing the changes necessary for fan control. The report was accompanied by a cost estimate. The report <br />included a reliable system best suitable for this facility. <br />Orange County Courthouse Power Modernization Assessment, Floors 1-4 <br />Cost: $24,575 Completion Date: Nov. 2024 <br />SGM produced a report outlining recommendations focused on increasing the available power for floors 1-4 of the <br />Courthouse. It is understood that current available power, typically 120/208V, is very limited and presents challenges <br />for additional loads and ability to support renovation. SGM visited the electrical rooms to determine available <br />capacity and proposed solutions in the form of step-down transformers and switchgear for future use. The report <br />was accompanied by a cost estimate. <br />Orange County Evans Dining and Educational Center Generators Assessment <br />Cost: $9,429 Completion Date: Sept. 2023 <br />SGM provided an engineering assessment for the addition of backup generators for the Evans Dining Hall and <br />Educational Center located in the Michigan Street Complex. We provided draft and final assessments as well as a <br />cost estimate. <br />Orange County Corrections DEF Exterior Utility Corridor Assessment <br />Cost: $19,989 Completion Date: Jan. 2024 <br />SGM provided an assessment with recommendations for corrective actions for the utility corridor adjacent to Main <br />Jail (DEF). We reviewed as-builts and site conditions of the complex and determined feasibility of options to provide <br />a permanent, maintainable, accessible solution for the multiple utilities in the area in which there have been failures <br />over the years. Cost estimates for design and construction based on recommendations was also included. <br />Orange County Public Works Zellwood Highway Septic System Assessment <br />Cost: $9,826 Completion Date: Dec. 2023 <br />SGM provided an assessment for septic system serving the Public Works Facility in Zellwood. We reviewed as-builts <br />and site conditions of the complex and determined feasibility of conversion of sanitary from septic to county sanitary <br />system.
