QUALIFICATIONS _______________ <br />On most of these projects our task included the planning of site improvements including laying out of park facilities <br />such as park administration and maintenance buildings, parking lots, access roads, field drainage improvements, <br />water and sewer systems, sewer pump stations, and various walkways and bike paths. Our scope of work included <br />the project management, coordinating the work with all the subconsultants, design and preparation of construction <br />documents, specifications, preparation of construction cost estimates, permitting through the various regulatory <br />agencies and departments, bid phase services including conducting pre-bid meeting and review of bids; and <br />construction phase services which included conducting site inspections, responding to RFl’s and review of shop <br />drawing, and final close out. <br />PARK PROJECTS <br /> Virrick Park – City of Miami <br /> Alice Weinwright – City of Miami <br /> Riviera Park – City of Coral Gables <br /> Salvador Park – City of Coral Gables <br /> Dante Fascell Park - South Miami <br /> Eureka Villas Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Eureka Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Southern Estates Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Spanish Lakes Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Chapman Field Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Kendall Indian Hammocks Park – Miami-Dade County <br /> Tropical Park Equestrian Center – Miami- Dade County <br />EXPERIENCE WITH (FDOT) LAP/ARRA PROJECTS <br />SRS is a FDOT pre-qualified firm to perform engineering services. We are very familiar with FDOT LAP (ARRA) <br />requirements. SRS has recently completed the design of W 53rd Street Roadway Improvement Project for the <br />City of Hialeah in accordance with the ARRA/LAP guidelines. In addition, SRS is currently providing CEI services <br />for several new LAP/ARRA projects for the City of Hialeah and Coral Gables. These projects involve the I-75 <br />Ramp/NW 138th Street, W 4th Avenue, and Ponce de Leon Boulevard. <br />DESIGN EXPERIENCE WITH ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE PROJECTS <br />SRS has extensive experience in the design and construction management of roadway projects. SRS has designed <br />roadways of several municipalities, Miami-Dade County and many private land development projects. Our most <br />recent relevant project experience encompasses several roadway and drainage improvement projects for the <br />City of Hialeah totaling over 26-miles of roadways including E 9th Avenue, SE 7th Avenue, W 23rd Street and <br />W 36th Avenue (NW 97th Avenue). Other roadway projects include the design of the Miller Drive (SW 56th <br />Street) widening, the extension of SW 120th Street, the widening of NW 138th Street and adjacent canal, and the <br />entrance to Florida Memorial University. <br />NW 138th Street is currently under construction with a construction cost of over $12,450,000. This roadway <br />project consisted a of 6-lane divided roadway comprising of a continuous drainage system and street lighting <br />(1.4 Miles); signalized intersections at NW 97th Avenue, NW 102nd Avenue, and NW 107th Avenue with double <br />left turns and deceleration lanes; new 50’ wide drainage canal including culverts and a canal wall along the north <br />side of NW 138th Street between NW 97th Avenue and I-75. This project also required an extensive permitting <br />including City permits with Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Miami- Dade County, DERM, FDOT, SFWMD, COE, and <br />DEP. An Environmental Resources Permit (ERP) was required, cut and fill calculations, and wetland mitigation.
