QUALIFICATIONS _______________ <br />DESIGN EXPERIENCE WITH WATER SUPPLY AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS <br />Master plans of water and sanitary sewer systems, hydraulic network analysis by <br />computer, sanitary sewer collection and transmission systems such as forces mains <br />and gravity systems, water distribution and transmission systems, pump stations, <br />wells, water treatment plants and special structures. <br />City of South Miami Sanitary Sewer Master Plan - SRS Engineering, Inc. provided <br />civil engineering services for the preparation of a sanitary sewer master plan which <br />included, developing a City-wide master plan for providing gravity sanitary sewer <br />mains to properties currently on septic tanks or with no sewer service. Services <br />included establishing project guidelines and requirements, gathered all available <br />data from available utility records, preparation of the conceptual master plan that <br />included 12 subarea master plans, design conceptual layout plans, pump stations <br />and force mains, and preparation of project cost estimates and calculated quantities. <br />Hialeah Annex Water and Sewer Systems and Master Plan - This work encompassed the preparation of a water <br />and sewer master plan for the area to determine the current and future service needs, on top of the size and <br />location/alignment of water and sewer main lines needed along the major arterial roadways. It also encompassed <br />the design of an 8.06 MGD regional sewer pump station with backup generator with enough capacity to serve the <br />entire annexed and adjacent areas. Additional work comprised of the design of approximately 1,480 LF of 24-inch <br />gravity sanitary sewer mains, approximately 10,724 LF of 24-inch force main extensions, approximately 3,229 LF <br />of 36-inch force main extensions, and approximately 12,166 LF of 36- inch water main extensions. <br />EXPERIENCE PROVIDING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES <br />In addition to our firm’s vast experience designing local roadway and site/land <br />improvement projects, our firm also specializes in providing municipalities with <br />construction administration support services and construction engineering <br />inspection (CEI) services. Our most recent relevant experience consists of <br />several roadway and drainage improvement projects/contracts for DTPW, <br />DERM, Cities of Miami, Hialeah, Miami Shores, and South Miami. Recently, our <br />firm has been contracted to provide CEI services to several FDOT ARRA (LAP) <br />projects for the City of Hialeah, Cutler Bay, and Miami-Dade County. <br />EXPERIENCE PROVIDING SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES <br />Our firm offers land surveying and mapping services to a multitude <br />of public and private entity clients including the Miami-Dade <br />Aviation Department; DTPW, the Miami-Dade County Port <br />Miami Department; the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer <br />Department; the City of Miami Department of Resilience and Public <br />Works; FDOT; the City of West Miami; the City of North Miami; and <br />Architects and Engineers for residential and commercial projects <br />in the City of Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables and South Miami <br />to name a few. Recent projects we prepared were the complete <br />boundary and topographic survey of the 125.18-acre Miami-Dade <br />County Central District Wastewater Treatment Plant and the over <br />10-mile segment from the Dadeland South Metro-Rail Station to the <br />Miami River for the Underline Project. We have the appropriate staff <br />and latest equipment to effectively perform any land surveying and <br />mapping task.
