<br />Mr. Oliden Martinez, P.E., has been an experienced Project Manager and has

<br />the management of pump stations, reservoirs, storm drainage systems, water

<br />Relevant Experience
<br />West Dixie Highway | Project Manager
<br />This project involved the reconstruction of approximately ¾ mile of West Dixie
<br />Highway in Miami-Dade County, from NE 163rd Street to NE 173rd Street.
<br />Improvements included a new 4-lane roadway, upgraded drainage, three signalized
<br />intersections, enhanced lighting, pavement markings and signage, and a new 4-lane
<br />concrete bridge replacing aging infrastructure in compliance with FDOT and county
<br />standards. The scope also included ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps, utility
<br />relocation, and coordination with adjacent properties and agencies, supported by
<br />multidisciplinary design efforts such as geometric layout, hydraulic analysis, structural
<br />engineering, and preparation of construction documents.
<br />NE 2nd Ave from NE 20th ST to NE 36th ST | Project Manager
<br />Oliden Martinez led the NE 2nd Avenue Improvements project for the City of Miami,
<br />managing the Design-Build Criteria Package, including preliminary design, scoping,
<br />and stakeholder coordination. He was responsible for drainage design, roadway
<br />layout, ADA compliance, pavement markings, and signage, while leading field
<br />investigations and multidisciplinary coordination. He also oversaw key deliverables
<br />such as cost estimates, CAD plans, and bid-phase support.
<br />NW 58th ST from NW 97 Ave to NW 79 Ave Roadway Improvements | Project
<br />Manager
<br />The scope of services included comprehensive engineering design and post-design
<br />activities to deliver construction documents for a major roadway reconstruction project,
<br />transforming a two-mile corridor into a modern 4-lane roadway with a center turn lane.
<br />Oliden Martinez led the drainage design, including system layout and calculations, as
<br />well as pavement markings and signage, ensuring compliance with all standards. The
<br />project also incorporated multimodal enhancements such as bike lanes, ADA-
<br />compliant sidewalks, drainage improvements, traffic signal upgrades, lighting,
<br />environmental permitting, and construction administration services to support
<br />successful project delivery.
<br />Saga Bay (South) Roadway & Drainage Improvements | Design Engineer
<br />The scope of work for this project was to provide engineering design, preparation of
<br />construction documents, plans processing and permitting (Town of Cutler Bay, Miami-
<br />Dade County Public Works, and Miami-Dade County DERM, and provide limited
<br />construction phase support services to the Town of Cutler Bay for the construction of
<br />roadway and drainage improvement for the Saga Bay 1.5 – South Sub-Basin (SW 83rd
<br />Ave, SW 82nd Ct., SW 84th Ave, SW 204th St., SW 205th Ter., and SW 206 Ter.).
<br />Martinez helped with the design of roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements,
<br />pavement markings and signage, and sidewalks and ADA upgrades.
