<br />ORGANIZATION, HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
<br />SRS Engineering, Inc. is a Florida corporation established in 1995 by Ignacio Serralta, P.E. The firm has developed
<br />from a local civil engineering practice into a multidisciplinary municipal engineering consultant serving public
<br />and private clients throughout South Florida, and is headquartered at 5001 SW 74th Court, Suite 201, Miami,
<br />Florida 33155.
<br />Since its inception, SRS has focused on public works, infrastructure, civil engineering, surveying, permitting,
<br />construction administration, and construction inspection. The firm has supported municipalities and agencies
<br />with roadway and drainage improvements, stormwater and flood-resilience projects, water and sewer systems,
<br />pump stations, site/civil design, parks and recreational facilities, municipal facilities, environmental coordination,
<br />master planning, land development, and continuing engineering services.
<br />SRS has built its reputation on responsiveness, technical competence and continuity of service. The firm’s
<br />project managers and senior engineers have significant local experience with Miami-Dade County, coastal and
<br />beachfront municipalities, and the regulatory agencies that govern work in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. That
<br />local knowledge reduces the learning curve, improves permitting efficiency, and helps anticipate issues before
<br />they affect schedule or budget.
<br />PRINCIPALS, OFFICERS AND OWNERSHIP
<br />SRS is led by Ignacio Serralta, P.E., President and Owner. Mr. Serralta provides principal-level oversight, client
<br />coordination, technical direction and quality control, and will remain actively involved in scope development,
<br />staffing, quality assurance, design issue resolution and overall client satisfaction throughout this contract. Jorge
<br />Avino, P.E., PSM serves as Vice President and directs the firm’s surveying and mapping practice. Ralph Pereda
<br />serves as Office Administrator and Contracts Specialist. SRS does not operate with a separate board of directors
<br />or trustees for this engagement.
