The <br />firm is financially sound, carries no judgments or liens, and has never been <br />terminated for cause, defaulted on a professional services agreement, or <br />been debarred or suspended by any public agency. <br />HISTORY OF CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LITIGATION — FIVE-YEAR PERIOD <br />For the five-year period immediately preceding this Request for Qualifications <br />(2021 through 2026), SRS Engineering, Inc. reports the following: <br /> „CRIMINAL LITIGATION: NONE. Neither SRS Engineering, Inc. nor <br />any of its officers, directors or principals has been charged with or <br />convicted of any criminal offense, including any public entity crime as <br />defined in Section 287.133, Florida Statutes. <br /> „CIVIL LITIGATION: NONE. SRS has not been a party to any civil action, arbitration or administrative <br />proceeding arising out of its professional services, and has no pending or threatened claims. <br /> „PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY CLAIMS: NONE. SRS has had no professional liability claims paid or reserved <br />during this period. <br /> „REGULATORY OR LICENSING ACTION: NONE. Neither the firm nor its licensed professionals has been <br />the subject of disciplinary action by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers, the Florida Board of <br />Professional Surveyors and Mappers, or any other licensing authority. <br />PROOF OF INSURANCE <br />Current Certificates of Insurance are included with this submittal. All coverages are placed with carriers <br />authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
