Section 4 <br />Representative Project Experience <br />4.1 Representative Project Experience <br />Schindler Architects’ project experience demonstrates the firm’s ability to successfully deliver a <br />diverse range of architectural assignments for public-sector clients throughout South Florida. The <br />firm’s portfolio includes municipal and government facilities, aviation and transportation facilities, <br />educational and community spaces, historic rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, accessibility <br />improvements, and renovations to existing and occupied facilities. <br />Many of these assignments share the characteristics anticipated under the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach continuing services contract: projects of varying sizes and complexities, improvements to <br />existing facilities, coordination with public agency staff, work within active facilities, and <br />assignments requiring careful attention to schedule, budget, existing conditions, and regulatory <br />requirements. <br />The following representative projects highlight Schindler Architects’ relevant experience and the <br />range of services the firm is prepared to provide to the City.
