City of Miami – Municipal Facility Improvements <br />Schindler Architects has provided architectural services for <br />multiple City of Miami facilities, demonstrating experience in <br />renovating and improving municipal buildings that serve a <br />variety of public and operational functions. Representative <br />assignments include the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center, <br />North District Police Station, and renovations to the City Hall <br />Commission Chamber. Collectively, these assignments <br />demonstrate the firm's experience working within existing <br />municipal facilities and responding to the differing functional <br />requirements of civic, public safety, and governmental <br />environments. <br />ADA Accessibility Assessments – Miami-Dade & <br />Monroe Counties <br />Schindler Architects has performed facility evaluations and <br />accessibility assessments for public facilities throughout <br />Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. The assignments <br />involved evaluating existing facilities for accessibility and <br />identifying conditions that affect access to and use of public <br />spaces. This experience demonstrates the firm's ability to <br />assess existing conditions and support public agencies in <br />planning improvements to existing facilities. <br />Representative accessibility features
