His inspection packages passed District and federal review without rework. <br />I-395 Signature Bridge — FDOT District 6 — CEI Inspector | 2023–2024 <br />Construction engineering inspection on FDOT's signature downtown Miami bridge program — structural concrete, foundations, <br />and roadway elements inspected to FDOT specifications with full CTQP documentation and MOT compliance on a constrained <br />urban corridor. <br />Brightline Phase II, Zone 4 North–South — QC Field Inspector | 2021–2023 <br />Quality-control field inspection for intercity rail corridor construction — earthwork, drainage, structures, and trackbed support — <br />verifying conformance to specifications across high-production, multi-crew operations. <br />Municipal Roadway / Drainage / Utility CEI — Cities of North Miami Beach & North Miami — Lead Inspector | 2023– <br />Ongoing <br />Lead field inspection for resurfacing, drainage, water and sewer task orders: subgrade, base, and asphalt acceptance; pipe <br />bedding/backfill; densities; MOT compliance; and daily reports with photo logs.
