Page 79CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH • RFQ #26-07-01 • CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br />TAB 3 | STAFFING <br />Geotechnical Engineering and Testing <br />Angela Alba, PE (AREHNA), will serve as Senior Geotechnical Engineer for this contract. Alba has provided geotechnical engineering services on numerous geotechnical explorations over the past 26 years, including serving as the Geotechnical Discipline Lead for the I-595 Corridor Improvement project in Broward County, Florida, which is the first Public-Private-Partnership (P3) project ever awarded by FDOT. Ms. Alba has been involved in the planning, analysis, execution, and review of geotechnical projects ranging from roadways and railways to complex roadway bridges and tunnels, commercial high-rise buildings, school projects, and other local municipal projects. Ms. Alba has performed evaluations of retaining walls, drainage structures, shallow foundations, driven piles, drilled shafts, augercast piles, micropiles, and pressure-injected footings. Ms. Alba’s experience has also included finite element analysis, slope stability evaluations, soil-nail wall design, and evaluations of geosynthetic applications and geotechnical ground improvement techniques. <br />Surveying and Mapping/SUE/Right-of-Way/Photogrammetry <br />Lis Tolstoy, PSM (CTS), has over 30 years of experience in surveying and mapping, specializing in right-of-way control, geodetic surveys, LiDAR data collection, and GIS integration for complex transportation projects. She has managed hundreds of FDOT work orders, delivering high-accuracy topographic, boundary, hydrographic, and as-built surveys under tight schedules and stringent QA/QC standards. As Survey & Mapping Lead, Ms. Tolstoy will leverage her proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary field teams, integrating advanced geospatial technologies, and coordinating with agencies to ensure the City of Sunny Isles Beach receives precise, reliable survey data to support every stage of project delivery. <br />Please refer to the attached organizational chart identifying the Corradino team members who will support this contract. Resumes for all key personnel have also been provided and include each individual’s role, responsibilities, experience, and qualifications.
