SECTION 2 – QUALIFICATIONS
WHY V3 ARCHITECTURAL GROUP IS BEST QUALIFIED
LOCAL LEADERSHIP. SPECIALIZED EXPERTISE. ONE INTEGRATED TEAM.
V3 Architectural Group, Inc. is best qualified to serve the City of Sunny Isles Beach because our team combines the
accessibility and direct principal involvement of a local Miami-Dade County architectural firm with the technical resources
of highly experienced Structural and Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing engineering partners. The result is a responsive,
scalable team capable of managing assignments ranging from focused studies and facility evaluations to complete
design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout.
Founded in 2009, V3 is an award-winning, full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm with 17 years of experience
serving South Florida. From our Doral office, V3 provides the City with local leadership, timely access to key personnel,
and professionals who understand the codes, permitting processes, climate, construction environment, and operational
challenges affecting public facilities in Miami-Dade County. V3 is also a locally based Small/Minority Business, reinforcing
our commitment to the communities and public agencies we serve.
V3’s leadership team offers more than 80 years of combined professional experience. President Jose A. Vidal, AIA,
NCARB, LEED AP; Vice President Manuel D. Fernandez, AIA; and Principal Michele Gonzalez-Vidal will remain directly
involved in the City’s assignments. This principal-led structure ensures continuity from initial project definition through
design, permitting, construction, and closeout. The City will not be handed from a business-development team to unfamiliar
production personnel after contract award.
DIRECTLY RELEVANT PUBLIC-SECTOR EXPERIENCE
V3 has successfully provided architectural and multidisciplinary services for municipalities, county departments,
transportation agencies, housing authorities, and other governmental entities throughout South Florida. Our experience
includes assignments for the City of Doral, City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation
and Open Spaces, Miami-Dade County Internal Services Department, Public Housing and Community Development, the
Hialeah Housing Authority, the Florida Department of Transportation, and regional transportation agencies.
»Unidad Senior Facility Façade and Building
Improvements
»Golden Glades Multimodal Transportation Facility
»Dolphin Station Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility
»Doral Meadow Park Renovations
facilities, renovations, additions, interior improvements, building-envelope repairs, resiliency improvements, structural
coordination, MEP system modifications, permitting, bidding support, and construction administration.
V3 also understands the unique requirements of a continuing professional services contract. Individual task orders may
differ significantly in size, urgency, complexity, and required disciplines. Our project-management structure allows us to
right-size the team for each assignment, respond promptly to the City’s needs, and maintain consistent quality regardless
of project scale.
