The following matrix demonstrates how <br />the V3 Team meets or exceeds the City’s requirements. <br />V3’s recent work demonstrates these capabilities in practice rather than merely as available services. For example, the Haulover <br />Park New Restroom Facility requires V3, as Prime Consultant, to coordinate architecture, civil, landscape, structural, mechanical, <br />electrical, plumbing, geotechnical, and survey services from field verification through contract documents, permitting, and <br />construction administration. Likewise, the Miami-Dade County Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements assignment integrates <br />architectural improvements, structural wind-load analysis, mechanical/electrical/plumbing modifications, emergency-power <br />improvements, fire-alarm coordination, permitting, bidding support, and ongoing construction administration.
