<br />UNDERSTANDING OF THE CITY’S CONTINUING-SERVICES NEEDS
<br />The preceding matrix demonstrates the V3 Team’s ability to meet or exceed the City’s anticipated architectural and engineering
<br />requirements. The following sections describe V3’s understanding of the City’s continuing-services needs, identify the
<br />professional services available under individual task orders, and summarize the qualifications of each firm responsible for
<br />delivering those services.
<br />V3 understands that this procurement is intended to establish a long-term, as-needed professional services relationship
<br />rather than deliver a single, predetermined project. The City is seeking qualified firms that can serve as reliable, flexible, and
<br />responsive extensions of City staff for assignments issued through individual task orders.
<br />Assignments may vary significantly in size, complexity, schedule, location, and required disciplines. A task order may involve
<br />a focused facility assessment, study, plan review, or minor renovation, while another may require complete architectural and
<br />engineering services from programming and design through permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project
<br />closeout.
<br />The City’s anticipated needs may include work involving municipal lands, buildings, facilities, utilities, and related infrastructure;
<br />existing-building and structural evaluations; development and reuse analyses; programming and space planning; architectural
<br />and interior design; cost estimating; scope development; permitting and agency coordination; construction documents; and
<br />construction-phase services.
<br />V3 will tailor its staffing and technical resources to each assignment while maintaining principal-level oversight, consistent
<br />quality-control procedures, and a single point of accountability to the City. HBC Engineering Company and TLC Engineering
<br />Solutions, Inc. will be incorporated as required for Structural and Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing Engineering services, with V3
