<br />V3 also recognizes the practical realities of municipal projects, including existing conditions, continued facility operations,
<br />accessibility, code compliance, durability, maintenance, public visibility, procurement requirements, permitting, stakeholder
<br />coordination, budget limitations, and schedule commitments. The V3 Team will work with the City to balance these
<br />considerations and advance each assignment through an organized, responsive, and well-documented process.
<br />SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED SERVICES
<br />The preceding Item-by-Item Response Matrix demonstrates the V3 Team’s ability to meet or exceed the City’s anticipated
<br />architectural and engineering requirements. The following Schedule of Proposed Services identifies the professional services
<br />that V3 Architectural Group, Inc., HBC Engineering Company, and TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. are available to provide
<br />under individual task orders.
<br />V3 will tailor the scope, staffing, schedule, deliverables, and required disciplines to the specific needs of each assignment. As
<br />Prime Consultant, V3 will remain responsible for overall project management, communication, quality, consultant coordination,
<br />and delivery.
<br />STUDIES, PROGRAMMING, INVESTIGATION AND PLANNING

<br />When structural conditions are involved, HBC may provide inspections, condition assessments, structural-integrity evaluations,
<br />preliminary analysis, repair recommendations, and rehabilitation concepts.
<br />When mechanical or plumbing systems are involved, TLC may evaluate existing HVAC and plumbing systems, equipment
<br />condition, capacity, maintainability, operational performance, and potential modernization or replacement alternatives.
