City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ 26-07-01 <br />Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering | Architects <br />21 <br />V3 has provided architectural services for improvements to an existing senior facility in Miami Beach. The assignment <br />includes field verification, existing-condition documentation, repair design, permitting support, agency-comment <br />coordination, and limited Construction Administration. This project is relevant to Sunny Isles Beach because it involves an <br />existing public facility in a coastal Miami-Dade County municipality. <br />Doral Meadow Park Renovations – City of Doral <br />V3 provided architectural services as part of the project team for improvements to Doral Meadow Park. The assignment <br />demonstrates experience coordinating public park and recreational-facility improvements in a municipal environment. <br />Doral Government Center Improvements – City of Doral <br />V3 has supported architectural improvements associated with the City of Doral Government Center. This experience <br />includes familiarity with municipal administrative facilities, public-sector stakeholders, existing-building conditions, and <br />City review requirements. <br />Golden Glades Multimodal Transportation Facility – FDOT <br />V3 personnel provided architectural and interior design services as part of the team for this major multimodal transportation <br />facility. The project demonstrates experience with complex public infrastructure, large consultant teams, multi-agency <br />coordination, and high-visibility public facilities. <br />Dolphin Station Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility <br />V3 personnel participated in the design and coordination of this multimodal transportation facility, which required <br />collaboration among transportation agencies and multiple public-sector stakeholders. The assignment demonstrates <br />experience managing architectural requirements within an expedited, multidisciplinary, and highly coordinated public- <br />project environment. <br />These projects collectively demonstrate V3’s experience with municipal offices, public parks, senior facilities, transit <br />facilities, renovations, new construction, building modernization, permitting, consultant coordination, and construction- <br />phase services. <br />SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT DESIGN QUALIFICATIONS <br />The V3 Team will approach sustainability as a practical component of project planning and design rather than as a <br />separate or predetermined solution. <br />V3 President Jose A. Vidal has maintained LEED Accredited Professional credentials since 2009.
