<br />For Sunny Isles Beach assignments involving environmental, coastal, federal, or specialty regulatory requirements
<br />outside V3’s direct architectural jurisdiction, V3 will identify and coordinate the appropriate discipline and integrate its
<br />requirements into the overall project documents.
<br />RELEVANT CONTINUING-SERVICES AND PRIME CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE
<br />V3 has experience delivering assignments through continuing, rotational, and as-needed professional-services contracts.
<br />These arrangements require a level of responsiveness, consistency, documentation, and task-order management directly
<br />comparable to the services requested by the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
<br />Miami-Dade County – Haulover Park New Restroom Facility
<br />V3 is serving as Prime Consultant for the design and preparation of Contract Documents for a new approximately
<br />900-square-foot restroom facility at Haulover Park. The assignment includes field verification, architectural services,
<br />Construction Administration, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering,
<br />electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, and coordination with the geotechnical engineer and surveyor. The contract
<br />also includes defined review meetings during Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents, as
<br />well as weekly construction meetings and site visits as required for design issues and RFIs. This assignment demonstrates
<br />V3’s ability to lead a multidisciplinary public-facility project under one point of responsibility and maintain continuity from
<br />field investigation through design, permitting, and construction.
<br />Miami-Dade County – Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements
<br />V3 is serving as Prime Consultant for multidisciplinary improvements to an existing Miami-Dade County facility in
<br />Homestead. The project includes building-envelope improvements, impact-resistant windows and doors, reroofing,
<br />exterior repairs, emergency-power improvements, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing modifications, fire-alarm coordination,
<br />structural wind-load analysis, permitting support, bidding assistance, and ongoing Construction Administration. This
<br />project demonstrates V3’s ability to coordinate architecture and engineering for an existing public facility while addressing
<br />resiliency, safety, building systems, agency review, and construction-phase requirements.
<br />Miami-Dade County – 12th and 17th Floor COCC Office Reconfigurations
<br />V3 is providing architectural and engineering services for separate office-reconfiguration assignments on the 12th and
<br />17th floors of the Clerk of Courts and Controller facility at 111 NW 1st Street.
<br />Together, the assignments encompass approximately 9,436 square feet of governmental office space. The scopes
<br />include field verification, architectural design, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering, conceptual fire-sprinkler
<br />design, specialty-consultant coordination, permit documents, governmental-agency coordination, and Construction
<br />Administration. These assignments demonstrate V3’s capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects for the same public
<br />client while maintaining consistent documentation, coordination, communication, and delivery.
<br />City of Doral – Municipal Office Improvements
<br />V3 is providing architectural services for municipal office improvements under the City of Doral’s continuing-services
<br />program. The City Manager’s and Finance Offices assignment involves an approximately 3,700-square-foot third-
<br />floor office build-out and includes architectural services, Mechanical Engineering, conceptual fire-protection drawings,
<br />specialty-consultant coordination, post-design services, Design Development, Contract Documents, and agency-comment
<br />coordination. This experience is directly applicable to task orders involving municipal offices, departmental programming,
<br />interior renovation, space planning, permitting, and coordination within active governmental facilities.
