V3 is responsible for developing the project from initial field <br />verification and design through permit-ready Contract Documents and Construction Administration. <br />$77,272.50 <br />Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> »Field verification of the existing tenant- <br />improvement area <br /> »Architectural design and documentation <br /> »Mechanical engineering <br /> »Electrical engineering <br /> »Plumbing engineering <br /> »Conceptual fire-sprinkler design <br /> »Coordination with Client-engaged specialty <br />consultants <br /> »Coordination and assistance with applicable <br />County, State, and Federal agency <br />comments <br /> »Preparation of a complete permit set of <br />drawings <br /> »Construction Administration, including <br />weekly OAC meetings, monthly site visits, <br />shop-drawing review, and RFI responses <br />Schematic Design Phase <br />V3 prepared Schematic Design drawings in sufficient detail to establish the scale, layout, organization, <br />and quality of the proposed office reconfiguration. The design was developed for Client review and <br />approval before advancement into subsequent phases. <br />Design Development Phase <br />Following approval of the schematic concept, V3 advanced the project into coordinated Design <br />Development drawings. The documents further defined the office layout, modular systems, semi-private <br />office configurations, and associated building-system requirements before preparation of the Contract <br />Documents. <br />Contract Documents and Permitting <br />V3 is developing detailed architectural and engineering Contract Documents describing the work required <br />to obtain a building permit. The documents incorporate architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, <br />and conceptual fire-sprinkler requirements. <br />V3 will coordinate and address applicable governmental review comments associated with the agreed- <br />upon scope of work. <br />Construction Administration <br />V3’s Construction Administration services include participation in weekly OAC meetings, one project <br />site visit per month, review of shop drawings, responses to Requests for Information, and preparation <br />of design clarifications when required. <br />2. Downtown SPCC 12th Floor COCC Value And Code Enforcement Reconfiguration <br /> (111 NW 1st Street Miami, Florida) <br />V3 Architectural Group, Inc. is providing architectural and engineering services for the tenant <br />improvement and reconfiguration of approximately 5,119 square feet on the 17th floor of the Clerk of <br />Courts and Controller facility at 111 NW 1st Street in Miami. The assignment includes the reconfiguration <br />and installation of modular office systems and semi-private offices designed to accommodate updated <br />space-planning requirements and departmental standards. V3’s scope extends from existing- <br />condition verification and early design through permit-ready Contract Documents and Construction <br />Administration.$81,840.00 <br />11
