The design was submitted to the Client for review <br />and approval before proceeding into subsequent phases. <br />Design Development Phase <br />V3 advanced the approved design into coordinated Design Development documents defining the proposed <br />layout, office configurations, modular systems, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and <br />fire-protection requirements. The Design Development package was prepared to confirm the project <br />scope and coordination requirements before initiation of the Contract Documents phase. <br />Contract Documents and Permitting <br />V3 is preparing detailed architectural and engineering Contract Documents describing the work <br />required to achieve building-permit approval. The coordinated documents address the architectural <br />layout, building-system modifications, modular office installations, and applicable agency requirements. <br />V3 will coordinate responses and revisions associated with County, State, and Federal agency comments <br />pertinent to the authorized scope <br />Construction Administration <br />V3’s Construction Administration responsibilities include weekly OAC participation, one site visit per <br />month, review of contractor shop drawings, responses to Requests for Information, and preparation of <br />supplemental design clarification when appropriate. <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS MQR # 2MIAMI-DADE COUNTY11
