City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ 26-07-01 Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering | Architects 30 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS MQR # 2 CITY OF DORAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICESDORAL, FL Relevance to the City of Sunny Isles Beach »Demonstrates V3’s experience delivering a municipal administrative office improvement for the City Manager’s and Finance Offices within an existing City of Doral facility. »Includes the design of an approximately 3,700-square-foot third-floor office build-out, demonstrating V3’s ability to translate departmental requirements into coordinated architectural documents for a focused public-sector assignment. »Provides directly relevant experience in architectural design, mechanical engineering coordination, and conceptual fire-protection planning for a municipal interior-improvement project. »Demonstrates V3’s ability to coordinate its work with Client-engaged specialty consultants, an important capability for City assignments involving multiple disciplines, vendors, and stakeholder groups. »Includes Design Development and detailed Contract Documents prepared to support building-permit approval, closely paralleling the phased design and documentation services anticipated by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. »Shows experience coordinating and addressing comments from applicable County, State, and Federal agencies, supporting an organized and responsive regulatory-review process. »Includes post-design services, demonstrating V3’s ability to maintain continuity after completion of the design documents and continue supporting the Client as the assignment advances. »Illustrates V3’s ability to efficiently deliver the type of targeted municipal renovation and tenant-improvement assignment that may be issued under the City’s continuing professional services contract. »Reinforces V3’s local familiarity with Miami-Dade County municipal facilities, permitting requirements, and public-sector coordination, providing experience directly applicable to future Sunny Isles Beach office, administrative, and interior-improvement projects. 1.
