V3 coordinated with the relevant agencies and addressed all comments associated with <br />the agreed-upon scope of work. <br />2. CITY MANAGER’S AND FINANCE OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT <br />V3 Architectural Group, Inc. provided professional architectural services for the tenant improvement <br />of approximately 3,700 square feet of of fice space located on the third floor in Doral, Florida. The <br />project consisted of a full interior build-out designed and coordinated to meet the client’s functional and <br />operational requirements. <br />Architectural & Engineering Services <br />V3 delivered comprehensive design and coordination services required to produce a permit-ready <br />construction package, including: <br /> »Architectural Design and Documentation <br /> »Mechanical engineering <br /> »Conceptual fire protection drawings <br /> »Coordination with specialty consultants engaged directly by the Client <br /> »Post-design support services <br /> »Assistance with comments and revisions required by all applicable County,State, and Federal <br />agencies <br />Design Development Phase <br /> »V3 prepared Design Development drawings defining the project’s design intent, spatial planning, <br />and major systems. These documents were submitted for client review and approval prior to the <br />development of Contract Documents. <br />Contract Documents Phase <br /> »Following client approval of the Design Development package, V3 developed the permit-ready <br />Contract Documents detailing all architectural and mechanical elements of the project.
