<br />Dear Selection Committee:
<br />On behalf of V3 Architectural Group, Inc., I am pleased to submit our qualifications for the City of Sunny
<br />Isles Beach’s RFQ No. 26-07-01, Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services,
<br />under the Architects discipline. V3 will serve as the Prime Consultant and the City’s single point of
<br />responsibility for the performance, coordination, quality, and delivery of all architectural and supporting
<br />engineering services.
<br />V3 has reviewed the RFQ and all issued addenda and understands that the City is seeking responsive,
<br />experienced, and flexible professional firms capable of completing a wide variety of as-needed assignments
<br />through individual task orders. Our submission has been organized in the City’s required sequence and
<br />includes documentation addressing the Minimum Qualification Requirements, firm qualifications, relevant
<br />experience, references, staffing, proposed services, project approach, required forms, and acknowledgments.
<br />Founded in 2009, V3 is an award-winning, full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm with 17 years
<br />of experience in Miami-Dade County. Our work under this contract will be managed from our office at
<br />8103 NW 33rd Street, Doral, Florida 33122, providing the City with direct access to our principals and
<br />project personnel. V3 is a locally based Small/Minority Business firm and maintains Florida architectural
<br />firm authorization AA26002069.
<br />Our principals, Jose A. Vidal, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP; Manuel D. Fernandez, AIA; and Michele Gonzalez-
<br />Vidal bring more than 60 years of combined professional experience. They will remain actively involved
<br />throughout the contract. I will provide executive and architectural oversight; Manuel Fernandez will lead
<br />V3’s architectural Quality Assurance and Quality Control process; and Michele Gonzalez-Vidal will support
<br />programming, space planning, interior architecture, and interior design assignments. This principal-led
<br />structure will provide continuity from task-order development and initial programming through design,
<br />permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout.
<br />V3 offers directly relevant experience providing architectural and multidisciplinary services for Miami-Dade
<br />County, the City of Doral, the City of Miami Beach, transportation agencies, housing authorities, and other
<br />South Florida public entities. Representative assignments include the Haulover Park New Restroom Facility,
<br />Miami-Dade County’s 12th- and 17th-Floor Clerk of Courts and Controller Office Reconfigurations, the City
<br />Manager’s and Finance Offices Tenant Improvement, and other municipal building renovations and public-
