These assignments demonstrate V3’s experience with existing-condition verification,
programming, space planning, architectural design, multidisciplinary coordination, permit-ready construction
documents, regulatory review, bidding support, and construction-phase services.
To provide the specialized engineering services requested by the City, V3 has assembled an integrated
team consisting of:
TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. – Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Engineering
TLC will provide existing-system assessments, mechanical and HVAC design, plumbing engineering,
equipment replacement and modernization, energy-efficiency evaluation, construction documentation,
permitting assistance, and construction-phase support.
HBC Engineering Company – Structural Engineering
HBC will support the team with structural inspections, condition assessments, existing-building evaluations,
structural analysis and design, rehabilitation, strengthening, repair design, foundations, construction
documentation, and construction-phase support.
V3 will manage TLCand HBC through one coordinated project-delivery process. The City will not be
required to manage our subconsultants independently. At the beginning of each task order, V3 will confirm the
scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, required disciplines, review milestones, and communication protocols.
Our team will then be right-sized to the specific assignment, allowing us to respond efficiently to focused
studies and minor improvements as well as more complex renovations, additions, and new construction.
We recognize that municipal projects must balance operational needs, existing conditions, public accessibility,
code compliance, durability, maintainability, sustainability, cost, schedule, permitting, and stakeholder
expectations. V3 will address these considerations through principal involvement, proactive communication,
interdisciplinary coordination, milestone-based QA/QC, and timely identification of issues that could affect
the City’s budget or schedule. Our current workload is distributed across multiple project phases, allowing
us to accommodate concurrent and time-sensitive City assignments while maintaining the continuity and
responsiveness expected under a continuing professional services contract.
V3 is enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve the City of Sunny Isles Beach and to establish a long-term
professional relationship based on accessibility, accountability, technical quality, and dependable service.
