<br />• City Manager’s and Finance Office Tenant Improvement, Doral, FL. V3 is providing architectural services for the full
<br />interior build-out of approximately 3,700 SF of third-floor office space. The scope includes space planning, architectural
<br />design and documentation, mechanical engineering, conceptual fire-protection drawings, coordination with client-engaged
<br />specialty consultants, Design Development, permit-ready Contract Documents, post-design support, and responses to
<br />agency comments. Role: Lead Architect/Interior Designer; Client: City of Doral/CHA; Start/End Dates: 04/2025-Ongoing.
<br />• Public Affairs/City Council Members Offices Tenant Improvement, Doral, FL. V3 is providing architectural services for
<br />a complete interior build-out of approximately 2,000 SF of third-floor office space designed to support the client’s functional,
<br />spatial, and operational needs. Services include architectural design and documentation, mechanical engineering, conceptual
<br />fire-protection drawings, specialty-consultant coordination, Design Development, permit-ready Contract Documents, and
<br />responses to County, State, and Federal agency comments. Role: Lead Architect/Interior Designer; Client: City of Doral/
<br />CHA; Start/End Dates: 03/2025-Ongoing.
<br />• Unidad Facade Repairs, Miami Beach, FL. V3 is providing architectural services for exterior facade repairs at the Unidad
<br />facility located at 7251 Collins Avenue. Services include field verification and existing-conditions drawings, architectural
<br />design and permit-ready documentation, coordination with client-engaged specialty consultants, responses to agency
<br />comments, and limited Construction Administration through RFI responses and shop drawing reviews. Role: Lead Architect;

<br />• Haulover Park New Restroom Facility, Miami-Dade County, FL. V3 is serving as prime consultant for a new 900-SF
<br />restroom facility under a continuing rotational contract. The assignment includes field verification; architectural, civil, landscape,
<br />structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design; geotechnical and survey coordination; phased design meetings
<br />from Schematic Design through 100% Contract Documents; permit support; and Construction Administration with weekly
<br />meetings and site visits as needed. Role: Lead Architect; Client: Miami-Dade County; Start/End Dates: 03/2024-Ongoing.
<br />• Miami-Dade County Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements, Homestead, FL. V3 is providing full architectural and
<br />engineering services to improve the safety, resiliency, and operational performance of the Biscayne Plaza facility at 15201
<br />SW 281st Street. Work includes impact-resistant windows and doors, a 100%-capacity emergency generator, exterior
<br />surface repairs and refinishing, reroofing, MEP and fire-alarm modifications, wind-load analysis, permit dry-run support,
<br />bidding assistance, and Construction Administration including site visits and RFI and submittal reviews. Role: Lead Architect;
<br />Client: Miami-Dade County; Start/End Dates: 04/2020-Ongoing.
