<br />• Brothers to the Rescue Restoration & Relocation, Hialeah Gardens, FL. Brothers to the Rescue Monument Restoration
<br />and Relocation. SR 25 / Okeechobee Rd from E of NW 116 Way to E of NW 87 Avenue. Project consists of the restoration
<br />and relocation of the Brothers to the Rescue Monument, which was created to commemorate four Brothers to the Rescue
<br />fliers that were shot down and killed on the orders of Fidel Castro while they flew two civilian planes through international
<br />airspace in a search and rescue mission for Cuban rafters. Scope of work involves Architecture, Historic Preservation,
<br />Mechanical and Electrical Engineering coordination with FDOT and the City of Hialeah Gardens. Role: Project Architect;

<br />• Senator Villas Affordable Housing Apartments, Miami-Dade County, FL. 21,299 SF affordable housing apartment
<br />building on a 28,680 SF site consisting of 23 units for the elderly. The project comprises a two-story, 23-unit building and
<br />includes one- and two-bedroom rental units and studios. Contract Amount: $4.9 million; Role: Project Architect; Client:
<br />Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD); Start/End Dates: 07/2017 to 03/2019.
<br />• Sabal Ridge Condominium Parking Garage Replacement, Boca Raton, FL. Parking Garage Roof / Parking Deck
<br />Replacement at 750 Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton with 36,000 SF. Contract Amount: $5.5 million; Role: Project Architect;
<br />Client: Sabal Ridge Condominium; Start/End Dates: 04/2016 to 10/2018.
<br />• Verizon Wireless / ICP at 97th Avenue, Doral, FL. Design of Office and Industrial Class A space development with
<br />147,318 SF with 44 semi-truck positions. Contract Amount: $9.7 million; Role: Project Architect; Client: Easton Development;

<br />• Estefan Kitchen, Miami, FL. Architectural and Interior Design services for a restaurant located in the Miami Design
<br />District. This restaurant consists of 5,013 SF. Project areas include indoor and outdoor areas for a 1950’s Cuban-themed
<br />restaurant. Coordination consisted of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. Life safety analysis was
<br />a critical part of the scope of work, as well as licensing to obtain a liquor license. Contract Amount: $2.166 million; Role:
<br />Project Architect and Interior Designer; Client: Estefan Enterprises; Start/End Dates: 07/2016 to 02/1217.
<br />• Longitude Mixed-Use/Parking, Bonita Springs, FL. 91,563 SF Condominium, Mixed- Use residential development with
<br />56 units and 50parking spaces. Contract Amount: $13.5 million; Role: Project Architect; Client: EBL Partners; Start/End
<br />Dates: 01/2014 to 01/2017.
