His broad experience allows him to approach projects <br />with a comprehensive understanding of complex building systems, programmatic requirements, and regulatory standards. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />• City Manager’s and Finance Office Tenant Improvement, Doral, FL. V3 is providing architectural services for <br />the full interior build-out of approximately 3,700 SF of third-floor office space. The scope includes space planning, <br />architectural design and documentation, mechanical engineering, conceptual fire-protection drawings, coordination <br />with client-engaged specialty consultants, Design Development, permit-ready Contract Documents, post-design <br />support, and responses to agency comments. Role: Principal-in-Charge of QA/QC; Client: City of Doral/CHA; Start/ <br />End Dates: 04/2025-Ongoing. <br />• Public Affairs/City Council Members Offices Tenant Improvement, Doral, FL. V3 is providing architectural services <br />for a complete interior build-out of approximately 2,000 SF of third-floor office space designed to support the client’s <br />functional, spatial, and operational needs. Services include architectural design and documentation, mechanical <br />engineering, conceptual fire-protection drawings, specialty-consultant coordination, Design Development, permit-ready <br />Contract Documents, and responses to County, State, and Federal agency comments. Role: Principal-in-Charge of <br />QA/QC; Client: City of Doral/CHA; Start/End Dates: 03/2025-Ongoing. <br />• Unidad Facade Repairs, Miami Beach, FL. V3 is providing architectural services for exterior facade repairs at the <br />Unidad facility located at 7251 Collins Avenue. Services include field verification and existing-conditions drawings, <br />architectural design and permit-ready documentation, coordination with client-engaged specialty consultants, responses <br />to agency comments, and limited Construction Administration through RFI responses and shop drawing reviews. Role: <br />Principal-in-Charge of QA/QC; Client: City of Miami Beach/BCC Engineering; Start/End Dates: 2024-Ongoing. <br />• Haulover Park New Restroom Facility, Miami-Dade County, FL. V3 is serving as prime consultant for a new 900-SF <br />restroom facility under a continuing rotational contract. The assignment includes field verification; architectural, civil, <br />landscape, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design; geotechnical and survey coordination; phased design <br />meetings from Schematic Design through 100% Contract Documents; permit support; and Construction Administration <br />with weekly meetings and site visits as needed. Role: Principal-in-Charge of QA/QC; Client: Miami-Dade County; <br />Start/End Dates: 03/2024-Ongoing. <br />• Miami-Dade County Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements, Homestead, FL. V3 is providing full architectural <br />and engineering services to improve the safety, resiliency, and operational performance of the Biscayne Plaza facility <br />at 15201 SW 281st Street. Work includes impact-resistant windows and doors, a 100%-capacity emergency generator, <br />exterior surface repairs and refinishing, reroofing, MEP and fire-alarm modifications, wind-load analysis, permit dry-run <br />support, bidding assistance, and Construction Administration including site visits and RFI and submittal reviews.
