<br />• Brothers to the Rescue Restoration & Relocation, Hialeah Gardens, FL. Brothers to the Rescue Monument Restoration
<br />and Relocation. SR 25 / Okeechobee Rd from E of NW 116 Way to E of NW 87 Avenue. Project consists of the restoration
<br />and relocation of the Brothers to the Rescue Monument; which was created to commemorate four Brothers to the Rescue
<br />fliers that were shot down and killed on the orders of Fidel Castro while they flew two civilian planes through international
<br />airspace in a search and rescue mission for Cuban rafters. Scope of work involves Architecture, Historic Preservation,
<br />Mechanical and Electrical Engineering coordination with FDOT and the City of Hialeah Gardens. Role: Project Architect;
<br />Cost: $216 M Client: BCC Engineering.
<br />• Doral Meadow Park Renovations, Doral, FL. The project consists of the design, engineering, and construction efforts
<br />to enclose the existing covered outdoor patio space to provide 800 square feet of multi‐purpose indoor recreation space.
<br />The men’s and women’s restrooms are to be completely renovated and brought to the latest applicable codes, including
<br />new stall partitions, ADA bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and handlebars as needed. Key Features: Building Remodeling; New

<br />the Doral City Hall building located at 8401 NW 53rd Terrace in Doral, Florida. The project scope includes space planning,
<br />a new recording studio, security glazing, A/C and IT rooms remodeling. Key Features: Building Remodeling and/or New
<br />Construction; Interior Design; Space Planning; ADA Accessibility Architectural Design; Remodeling. Contract

<br />• Dolphin Station Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility, Miami-Dade County, FL. 552,366 SF Park-and-Ride with
<br />819 parking spaces. Project includes transit hub, trucker’s lounge, bus bays, and pedestrian canopies. Contract Amount:
<br />$16.9 million; Role: Project Architect; Client: MDX; Start/End Dates: 06/2016 to 06/2018.
<br />• Senator Villas Affordable Housing Apartments, Miami-Dade County, FL. 21,299 SF affordable housing apartment
<br />building on a 28,680 SF site consisting of 23 units for the elderly. The project comprises a two-story, 23-unit building and
<br />includes one- and two-bedroom rental units and studios. Contract Amount: $4.9 million; Role: Project Architect; Client:
<br />Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD); Start/End Dates: 07/2017 to 03/2019.
<br />• Golden Glades Multimodal Transportation Facility, Miami, FL. This is a transportation hub serving as an effective
<br />center of activity for MDTPW’s vision of desired modal connectivity. Integrates a 2,450-car multi-story parking garage;
<br />pedestrian bridge; landscaping, hardscaping. Gateway features, 14 bus bays and 860 FT. total length of layover area;
<br />bus driver’s break lounge; transit hub building, Intercity Bus Terminal, and Bus hub. Contract Amount: $ 57 million; Role:
<br />Project Architect/Interior Designer; Client: Florida Department of Transportation; Delivery Method: Design/Build; Start/
<br />End Dates: 2018 to 2021.
<br />• Canyon Ranch Unit N405, Miami Beach, FL. Architecture and Interior Design services for this project focused on the
<br />remodeling of a 5,000-SF condominium unit involving demolition, which included structural, mechanical, electrical, and
<br />plumbing engineering. The scope of work involved project scheduling as well as construction administration. Certain duties
<br />were fulfilled during the project, such as coordinating with the sub-consultants on the team and meeting with the end-users

<br />• Estefan Kitchen, Miami, FL. Architectural and Interior Design services for a restaurant located in the Miami Design District.
<br />This restaurant consists of 5,013 SF. Project areas include indoor and outdoor areas for a 1950’s Cuban-themed restaurant.
<br />Coordination consisted of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. Life safety analysis was a critical
<br />part of the scope of work, as well as licensing to obtain a liquor license. Contract Amount: $2.166 million; Role: Project
