Renovations to Ferguson Park, including <br />lighting, bathrooms, and exterior canopy. <br />• City of Miami Beach Police HQ Renovation, Miami, FL. Comprehensive station-wide renovation to the five-story <br />police headquarters. Modernized all major building systems and increased the building’s resiliency to hazardous flooding <br />conditions. The building renovation helps position the Department for their anticipated 20% growth over the next two <br />decades. $10 million / 88,000 sf. <br />• Broward County Judicial Complex Switchgear and Generator, Broward County, FL. The project consists of <br />mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the electrical design for the replacement <br />of the existing electrical service and emergency generators in the Broward County Courthouse building.
