BSO PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE <br />BSO PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX – 1/2023 <br />3-story 42,000 S.F. Regional Communications Bureau Building <br />housing 105 dispatch positions on the 2nd floor. Supplemental <br />spaces include a 25 dispatch positions in a 1st floor training room, <br />server room, administrative offices, breakroom & full kitchen, large <br />EOC/conference room, and all necessary support spaces. 6,200 <br />S.F. Future growth area on the 3rd floor. <br />7-story 439 vehicle parking garage, connecting to the newly <br />constructed training center parking garage, allowing shared use of <br />the vehicle ramp, stairs, and elevators. <br />1-story 11,800 S.F. Childcare Facility providing on-site daycare for <br />up to 100 kids of BSO staff. Existing defensive training building will <br />be repurposed for this facility. <br />Future 2-story 36,000 S.F.
