Refinish office space converting it to a temporary lab space. <br />3. Relocate chemistry lab, hoods, balancing equipment to temporary lab <br />space to be occupied for the duration of construction. <br />4. Install scaffolding over occupied spaces <br />5. Remove existing ductwork and install new, exhausting on exterior with <br />safe distance from occupants <br />6. Install new outside air units, louvers, exhaust fans, condensing units and <br />access ladder <br />7. After construction completion, move chemistry lab back to original <br />location. <br />8. Refinish office space to original use with new finishes and furniture. <br />9.
