Ferguson Park, Miami Gardens, <br />Florida <br />Renovations to Ferguson Park, including lighting, bathrooms, and exterior <br />canopy. <br />City of Miami Beach Police HQ Renovation, Miami, Florida <br />Comprehensive station-wide renovation to the five-story police <br />headquarters. Modernized all major building systems and increased <br />the building’s resiliency to hazardous flooding conditions. The building <br />renovation helps position the Department for their anticipated 20% growth <br />over the next two decades. $10 million / 88,000 sf <br />Broward County Judicial Complex Switchgear and Generator, <br />Broward County, Florida <br />The project consists of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection <br />engineering services for the electrical design for the replacement of the <br />existing electrical service and emergency generators in the Broward <br />County Courthouse building.
