PROFILE <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />SARAH LANDUCCI, ISA <br />Landscape Architect <br />Sarah Landucci, born and raised in South Florida, understands the flora and fauna, challenges, and nuances of the regional landscape. Sarah has a wide range of experience with landscape design, from working in botanical gardens to public parks and private sector projects. She has worked as a Landscape Designer and Project Manager at KEITH for more than nine years and been involved with projects from start to finish—from conceptual planning to design development and following through to construction. KEITH, as subconsultant, is assisting the Client in developing a KEITH Campus project including design and construction of a new warehouse and showroom building. KEITH is providing full services to the Client including survey/SUE, planning, civil and traffic engineering, landscape architecture, utility coordination, and construction management. The KEITH Team is assisting the Client in managing its trans-disciplinary team in preparation of sketch and legal descriptions, site plan processing and coordination, processing and coordination of permitting through the City of Lake Worth Beach Planning and Zoning Department, paving, grading, and drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer, erosion control, engineering permitting, hardscape design, landscape and irrigation plans, tree inventory and analysis, and construction observation and certification for the new Education Foundation building. <br />The Adderley - Onsite, Fort Lauderdale, FL: Landscape Architect. KEITH assisted the Client in developing a KEITH Life mixed-use project including two 6-story buildings with 415 residential units, 13,753-SF of retail space, 3,999-SF of restaurant space, 542 space detached parking garage, public art, and two pool courtyards on the 3.557-acre site. KEITH provided services to the Client including planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, survey, utility coordination, and construction program management. The KEITH Team assisted the Client in ALTA/NSPS surveys, site plan preparation, coordination, and processing, engineering plans for site plan approval, paving, grading, and drainage plans, water distribution and sanitary sewer plans, pavement marking and signage, stormwater pollution prevention plans, engineering permitting, erosion and demolition plans, conceptual landscape design and schematic for approval, construction documents, construction observation, final inspections and certifications. The project contributed a valuable resource for housing in a quickly gentrifying community. <br />Racetrack Logistics Center, Pompano Beach, FL: Landscape Architect. KEITH is assisting the Client in the development of a KEITH Facility project called Live! Resorts Pompano - Industrial Parcels consisting of four parcels equaling up to 1.5 million-SF of industrial space on an approximately 95.8-acre site. KEITH provides professional services to the Client including civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction program administration. KEITH is assisting the Client in meetings with government agencies/permit authorities, site plan preparation and amendments, building permitting, final engineering documents including paving, grading, and drainage plans, pavement marking and signing plans, water distribution, sanitary sewer, and lift station plans, erosion control and demolition plans, engineering permitting, final landscape construction documents including hardscape and layout plan, grading plan, sitework details, irrigation and lighting plans, a tree disposition plan, and construction administration and program management through inspection and final certifications. <br />43
