<br />A seven-story office building build-out including 10,775 sf of amenities and

<br />Design Criteria Professional for the development of a new joint
<br />governmental center intended to replace the existing County Governmental

<br />Design-build delivery of new five-story municipal building, engineered
<br />to enhance operational efficiency and long-term performance across all
<br />municipal functions. Facility consists of office space, town hall chambers,

<br />Sunrise Municipal Complex, Sunrise, Florida
<br />Multiple building complex including 100,000 sf city hall building, water park,

<br />Monroe County Emergency Operations Center, Marathon, Florida
<br />New two-story EOC houses a 911 call center, Fire Rescue Administration,
<br />Emergency Management Facilities, conference rooms, and a 90-seat
<br />incident command center with an 18-panel video wall. Biometric readers
<br />were used for access control. With an extensive technology design, voice-
<br />data was broken out from AV and security and provided on separate
<br />drawings. Facility designed to withstand 220 mph winds and with redundant
<br />systems to self-sustain for 72-hour for up to 150 people. $31.9 million /
