<br />Design Criteria Professional for the development of a new joint
<br />governmental center intended to replace the existing County Governmental
<br />Center East and City Hall. The new multi-story Class A office building will
<br />house each entity’s Commission Chambers and administrative service
<br />agencies as well as a new bus transit terminal for Broward County’s
<br />Transportation Department and associated administration offices, multi-
<br />story parking garage, additional future office space, and retail areas.

<br />Town of Davie New Town Hall, Davie, Florida
<br />Design-build delivery of new five-story municipal building, engineered
<br />to enhance operational efficiency and long-term performance across all
<br />municipal functions. Facility consists of office space, town hall chambers,
<br />common areas, and other support spaces. $31.8 million / 83,619 sf
<br />Sunrise Municipal Complex, Sunrise, Florida
<br />Multiple building complex including 100,000 sf city hall building, water park,
<br />amphitheater and 800-car parking garage. $45 million / 371,000 sf
<br />Miramar Public Safety Building, Miramar, Florida
<br />The project consists of MEP/FP and Technology design for a new public
<br />safety complex of approximately 25,000 square feet. The facility includes

<br />Design criteria for a new headquarters integrated into an existing parking
<br />garage structure. The new three-story structure will provide retail space
