<br />JC has nearly three decades of experience designing technology systems
<br />for municipal, utility, public safety and mission-critical facilities. His
<br />expertise includes structured cabling, audiovisual systems, security, access
<br />control, surveillance, building automation and network infrastructure. He
<br />works closely with owners and multidisciplinary teams to develop secure,
<br />resilient and practical solutions supporting administrative functions,

<br />New two-story EOC with a 911 call center, emergency management
<br />offices, conference rooms and a 90-seat incident command center with an
<br />18-panel video wall. Technology included AV, voice-data, biometric access
<br />control and security. Designed for 220-mph winds, redundant systems and
<br />72-hour self-sufficiency. $31.9 million / 28,321 sf
<br />Miami-Dade County FPL Building Retrofit, Phase A, Miami, Florida
<br />Phased renovation of the former FPL headquarters to modernize
<br />government offices, data-center areas and core building systems.

<br />Palm Beach Gardens City Hall Renovation and Expansion,

<br />Expansion and renovation of a two-story municipal administration building
<br />with new offices, conference rooms and support spaces. Improvements
<br />included emergency-generator replacement, electrical-distribution
<br />upgrades and consolidation of automatic transfer switches. $7.2 million /

<br />Design-build delivery of a new five-story municipal building with
