Measures may include reallocating personnel, resequencing activities, advancing independent work, conducting additional coordination meetings, or preparing partial submis- sions when permitted by the City. 4.10 MANAGING MULTIPLE TASK ORDERS Because continuing contracts often involve concurrent assignments, WAD will maintain a master workload and resource schedule showing: This resource-planning system allows WAD to anticipate staffing needs and reallocate per- sonnel before an assignment is affected. Dedicated project leads will remain assigned to their projects to maintain continuity and accountability. WAD maintains the capacity to respond to ordinary on-call requests within approximately 24 to 48 hours. Emergency assignments will be prioritized in coordination with the City. QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL 4.11 QA/QC PROGRAM WAD’s QA/QC process is incorporated throughout the project rather than limited to a final document review. The project manager is responsible for day-to-day quality control, while the designated QA/QC manager provides an independent technical review. Each discipline will first review its own work.
