Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or another platform appropriate to the <br />assignment may be used to develop and maintain the schedule. <br /> <br />The schedule will identify: <br /> <br /> <br />Dependencies and critical-path activities will be identified so that potential delays can be ad- <br />dressed before they affect the required completion date. <br /> <br />4.9 MAINTAINING THE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The project manager will review progress against the approved baseline schedule throughout <br />the assignment. Internal coordination meetings will be used to verify the status of each disci- <br />pline and resolve approaching constraints. <br /> <br />Schedule-control measures will include: <br /> <br />Weekly review of critical activities <br />Two- to six-week look-ahead schedules, when appropriate <br />Milestone tracking <br />Notice to Proceed <br />Existing-condition investigations <br />Programming and stakeholder meet- <br />ings <br />Survey and geotechnical activities <br />Design milestones <br />City review periods <br />Estimate updates <br />Regulatory and permitting reviews <br />Bid-document completion <br />Procurement activities <br />Construction milestones <br />Substantial completion <br />Final completion and closeout <br />63
