<br />Dr. Saad is a transportation engineer with 14 years of experience specializing
<br />in traffic safety, traffic impact analysis, multimodal and complete streets
<br />planning, and microsimulation modeling. He has managed numerous studies
<br />across South Florida, including municipal traffic impact and trip generation
<br />reviews, complete streets and transit corridor improvements, and bicycle and
