The work involves literature review, a three-tiered candidate <br />selection approach, existing conditions assessment, infrastructure gap identification, safety analysis, first and <br />last-mile access evaluation, and a full connectivity and equity assessment with improvement recommendations. <br />Location: Miami-Dade County, FL. As part of the SMART Plan <br />adopted by the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization, the project examined a rapid transit connection <br />between the Miami Design District and Downtown Miami and the Miami Beach Convention Center area, a coastal <br />multimodal transit corridor. <br />Location: Miami-Dade County, FL. He addressed utility <br />conflicts, maintenance of communications, coordination with adjacent projects, temporary traffic control plans, <br />and Intelligent Transportation System Facility Management records, pairing CEI with complete streets delivery. <br />Location: Boynton Beach, FL.
