HBC Engineering Company | 114 <br />Jeremy Braithwaite, IMSA II <br />Transportation/Transit/Traffic Engineering | Data Collection <br />Jeremy is an engineering technician and data collection lead specializing <br />in traffic data collection, traffic engineering studies, safety analysis, and <br />Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) inspection. He has supported projects <br />for FDOT, Miami-Dade County, and Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, coordinating <br />turning movement counts, speed and travel time studies, pedestrian and <br />bicycle counts, drone-based aerial collection, and signal data migration. <br />His work includes complete streets studies, transit-oriented planning, and <br />ITS construction engineering and inspection for queue warning and dynamic <br />message sign systems. Jeremy is an IMSA Traffic Signal Field Technician Level <br />II and a certified fiber optic technician, and is proficient in Synchro, VISSIM, <br />and Miovision data tools. He provides accurate, well-organized field data that <br />supports sound transportation planning and safety decisions. <br />Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works <br />(MDC-DTPW), MDC-DTPW, Venetian Causeway from Bayshore Dr to <br />Purdy Ave Speed Study <br />As Data Collection Lead, Jeremy led speed data collection and analysis and <br />supported safety analysis for a speed study along the Venetian Causeway <br />bridges from Bayshore Drive to Purdy Avenue. Reference: Satiar Shirazi, sshirazi@ <br />eacconsult.com. <br />City of Hollywood, Johnson St from N 30th Rd to N Dixie Hwy Complete <br />Streets Project <br />As Data Collection Lead, Jeremy supported a Project Development and <br />Environment study reconstructing Johnson Street to add an interconnected <br />sidewalk, new lighting, a reconstructed two-lane roadway with a center <br />turn lane, new transit bus stops, and a new drainage system. He performed <br />turning movement counts, 24-hour volume counts, gap data, and speed data <br />collection for the traffic operations analysis on this complete streets project. <br />Location: Hollywood, FL.
